Time Commitment
Expect ~30 minutes of intentional movement plus small habit blocks (water, steps, 5-minute recovery, 10-minute mental practice, quick reflection).
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Walking, bodyweight, bands, and simple at-home options work. If You already lift, keep lifting. We are here to build that habits that lead continued growth in training.
